Central location near to tram stops and not too far to walk to the train station. Beds were firm but extremely comfortable! Shower had very good pressure and was easy to use with hot and cold water. I wasn't expecting complimentary shower gel, so that was nice! There is a lift (although we didn't use it as we were only on the 1st floor with not much luggage). The room was clean and very quiet.

Ideal location for tram and visiting central Bordeaux. We always stay here and usually eat at Quatrès Café, which is delicious.

This is my second stay at the Hotel. The rooms have all that is required for 1 night and the central location is great. The Quatre Saison facilities are a useful addition.
