Excellent location, little kitchenette was useful (2 burner hob and microwave, basic utensils but enough to make lunches) comfortable beds, good air conditioning.

Fantastic property, staff were friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for small independent local shops but close to transport links for Bordeaux. Would definitely recommend.

It's just great value for money in a brilliant part of town, the staff are always lovely and the breakfast is perfect. There is nothing that I don't like but for information for fellow travellers it's probably not a place for a holiday, no pool or restaurant etc, but totally excellent for a few days if you are travelling around or passing through.

The air conditioning system was very good considering the outside temperatures. Very comfortable bed. Easy walk to the tram.
