Beds are made on arrival. Bed linen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning is included every 6 days except kitchenette and dishes.The maximum occupancy includes a baby cot. Apartments with views are available upon request and availability and at an extra cost of EUR 10 per night.Reception opening hours Monday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and public holidays: closed all day It is imperative to notify reception in advance in the event of a late arrival outside opening hours.A key distributor at the main entrance of the building will allow you to collect the key to your room. If necessary, an emergency number is also available (a staff at the reception of the Appart-Hôtel Mer & Golf City in Bordeaux-Bruges, just a few minutes away, can provide an intervention).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location was fantastic and close to shops, restaurants and the tram for easy access to the city centre.

Good location for C Tramline, so easy access to the Exhibition Halls on the North of the lake, or back into the city centre. Plenty of space in the apartment, with a good, if tiny, well equipped kitchen space.

Everything was amazing! Chiama, at the reception, is a big asset to the facility. She was so helpful, resourceful, smart, forward-thinking, and deserves an award. She is a good reason to go back there again.
