It was a most unconventional hotel / B&B, but it was a lovely place to stay, with facilities for tea and coffee outside of breakfast. Short walk from the train station, and not long to walk into the centre of Bologna. Also Netflix and Disney+ for winding down in front of something during the evening in a language of one's choosing is a nice touch.

Location, room set-up and amenities. The room has everything you need. The breakfast area is big and offers also all you need to enjoy the breakfast.

Very happy staying at this place. This is an apartament where there are 3 bedrooms and communal area as a dining room/kitchen. We stayed in Bellavista Room. Check- in is remotely as this is a room in an apartament within private building. Something like Airbnb. We were sent all the instructions via WhatsApp how to get into the property and get keys and all went very well. Our room was cleaned every day as requested by us. All area very clean , room very clean and modern decor. Netflix free. Communication with the owner very smooth. All food supplied for your self- service breakfast -eggs cheese selection of meets, sweet Italian items, water juice milk . You won’t be hungry in the morning. It’s very closed to the Bologna centrale- train station and closed to the centre of Bologna around 20 min on foot. Buses just in a front of the apartament. Supermarket just next door.
