We picked up the keys and could not work the locks, the owner was immediately reachable on whatsapp and helped us straight away. Clean property, great location!

This is good location in the centre of Bologna. There is enough space in the appartment for 2 persons, also for a couple with the child. The communication with hosts was fast and efficient.
