The fine print
We don't have a 24h reception, online registration for every guest is required before your arrival, check-in is automatic and you will collect the keys and enter the guesthouse following the instructions we'll send you before your arrival.
Rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor without an elevator.
Parking costs 10€ per day and must be reserved before your arrival.
A 3€ tourist tax per guest per night (max 5 nights) is not included in the price and must be paid directly during your stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I don't usually shower praise or write reviews, but 4 Gatti deserves my time. This is a beautiful, generous house to stay in, where you can actually feel like a guest, and not just another tourist who is shuffled through. I was there with my husband and two 6 year olds. The house and garden was a great place to retreat to in the heat of the day, and the staff were kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here :) The place is really charming, and our room was beautiful! Check-in was easy, and the host and staff were super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was also perfect - quiet, green, and only a 20ish minute walk to the center of Bologna. Would definitely recommend :)

Location is great. Easy access and short walk to city centre. Breakfast menu in addition to bread, cheese, ham and fruits.

It’s such a calm space, the common rooms are beautiful and the breakfast served in the garden delicious with friendly staff The location is lovely. I had a very happy stay
