All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please note that final cleaning is included.For bookings longer than 20 days, electricity and gas costs are included in the price up to a maximum of EUR 70.00 per month.For bookings longer than 30 days, the signing and registration of a rental contract is also required. All foreign nationals, therefore, must have or be in possession of an Italian tax code.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

location close to the train station - really good to take daily trips to other cities - 3 minutes walking from the apartment to the train station

It was located close to the train station so it was easy to reach when arriving with the train.

It was a super cute apartment with a lovely bed & shower & great location for travelling as a 5 minute walk from the train station & 15 minutes to the bus station. Generally it met all our needs & we really enjoyed our week.
