Professionally managed and made our wonderful stay in Bologna exceptional, check-in and check out was straight forward. Comfortable and quiet considering the huge road works down the road - we never heard any noise. A centrally heated apartment kept us warm during the cold nights. I pays to read the provided documentation which is in English. The on site instruction manual for the washing machine is in Italian, but the online provided one is in English. Location is superb with supermarkets and tourist attractions a few minutes walk away.
