A lovely spacious room with a gorgeous little balcony. Bathroom was also very spacious with a good shower. Check in was independent and explained very clearly through booking.com. Access is by lift, the air con worked well and the location could not be better for a visit to Bologna. It is easy to store luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Boutique Hotel Casa Faccioli for a few days at the end of April, and again at the beginning of July. It’s such a homely, well-managed space it really felt like we were returning home. It’s light and spacious, in a perfect location right next to Piazza Maggiore, you couldn’t ask for more. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we’re in Bologna, hopefully soon!

The property is very central only 2 minutes walk from the Piazza Nettuno. It is very quiet in the room despite the central location. The room was very clean and has everything needed for a short stay in Bologna. The bed is a little firm for my comfort. As a solo traveller I felt very secure in Casa Faccioli. Good value for the quality and location.
