The personnel did its best. The location was good, 20' walk to city center and close to the student area. The bath area was spacious.

breakfast we took from the bar very near to the place, room is excelent safe and privet location is very good with in 5m have a big public parking area, everything is excellant.

Jerome the agent - very friendly / good ..spoke English! The view towards city centre was great ..the balcony good. Very pleasant person in cafe downstairs for ( v small ! ) breakfast on Saturday. Bologna very interesting and architecturally beautiful city.
