Friendly welcome from a young man who was not the owner. Comfortable room with air-conditioning and a fridge, which were essential in the hot weather. Good bathroom. Tea and coffee-making facilities. Handy location in a quiet street with an easy walk into the town centre.

A lovely place to stay in the very heart of Bologna, yet in a very quiet street where local people live. The staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions a traveler might have. The room was clean and well equipped. Definitely choosing this b&b again when coming back to Bologna!

The room with a private bathroom was exactly as described – everything met our expectations. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The location close to the city center was a great bonus. Highly recommended!
