A bit concerned about the safety of the neighbourhood

Overall a fantastic and newly refurbished apartment in great location close (10 minutes walk) to the central station. It was clean and well presented with new kitchen and bathroom facilities along with plenty of storage. The apartment was easy to find after following the clear instructions received after booking to check in at the Hotel Astoria (2 minutes away) and collect the key. The hotel reception staff were very polite and provided information on the local area (main square 15-20 minutes walk) and a map, they also allowed us to store our luggage when checking out so we could see more of the city before onwards travel. It was also nice to be allowed to take some time to rest in the hotel dining area before collecting our luggage.
