Amazing property, well equipped house, kitchen and outdoor furnitures to lounge in the garden 🙂 The house is just a 10' walk from Zlatni Rat beach, very easy to reach (go down the beach parking entrance, it's the quickest way). And the town of Bol is 15/20' walk along the sea promenade. Irena meet us outside the car wash to show us the way to the house and give us the keys. Ah and we had daily company of two cats from the neighbourhood, definitely a plus for us.

Location! Authentic Croatian cottage off the beaten track. Exactly what we needed. Basic facilities, but had everything we needed for our stay. Bottle of wine left from owner , which was a lovely touch. Beds comfortable, good air con. 5 mins walk from the famous golden horn beach as well as a perfect nudist spot. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend !

House Ivan is in a perfect location if you want peace and quiet and local character. It is a beautiful stone cottage with olive groves and vines all around. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. We were totally in love with its simplicity and charm. Also an easy walk to the famous Zlatni Rat beach.
