Excellent compact apartment. As I was travelling along this was perfect but would also be good for couples. Big comfortable bed. Towels and soap provided. Kitchen had plenty of equipment to sort dinner out. A space outside to sit or eat was welcome. The host was friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed my stay enormously. It’s in a lovely village with a river flowing past outside. I kept the window open so I could hear it as I lay in bed. The Mostnica gorge was a 20 min walk away and the Savica waterfall was only a 2 hour walk away. Would highly recommend this apartment. And look forward to visiting again

Excellent location. Really clean with comfortable beds. Great host. Really friendly and helpful. I would defy recommend this apartment.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. Stara Fuzina might be one of my favourite villages in the world. The lake and great hikes are a short walk away from the apartment - which is big and full of all the things you need. Nice comfortable bed too.

The downstairs studio apartment is perfectly located. It's near some of the mountain trails, bus stop and two shops (one of which is open even on Sunday). In general, Stara Fužina struck me as a much nicer base than Ribcev Laz, which - although closer to the lake - just didn't seem to have as nice a vibe as Stara Fužina. The village has nice restaurants and even live performances on the main street (...in July, anyway). The apartment itself is super clean and very well equipped. Fast internet, and a nice coffee maker! The bed is very comfortable with clean and nicely smelling sheets. This is hugely important to me as I'm a bad sleeper. But this bed made it feel like home. The host, Matjaž, is fantastic. The biggest bonus was the fact that Matjaž let me use one of his bikes. That just added to the active stuff I was able to do. Loved it!
