Complimentary Wi-Fi is limited to a certain number of devices: 2 devices in One-Bedroom Apartment and 4 devices in Superior Apartment.For stays from January 1, 2023 (inclusive), residents of Colombia and foreigners staying in the country 60 consecutive days or more must pay the national sales tax (19%) on the property during the stay. Foreigners with a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. In addition, if a person who is required to pay the tax and another who is exempt from it share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.The cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
