Reservations for 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations and will have a different cancellation policy than single reservations. The property will contact you to provide further information about this policy. As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of USD $25 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Thanks to my Genius membership we got a free upgrade to a junio suite. Which made our stay feel like great value, for the price we paid. We enjoyed a large, comfortable room! We flew in for a concert at the Nemesio Camacho stadium and this hotel was conveniently located in between there and the airport. Internet and hot water worked great. Room temperature was comfortable. Some shops and cafes located nearby. Easy to get taxis outfront.
