All staff were helpful and polite. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and the hotel was very well maintained. The buffet breakfast was really good. Although it was facing a busy road, my room was quiet.

Hotel location is very good. We went to Bogota to a concert at the Movistar Arena and the hotel was at the perfect distance from the airport and the venue. It is close to restaurants, gyms, grocery stores...
