Very helpful staff, great location opposite a park and felt safe at all times. Short walk to restaurants. Taxis out the front. No kettle, but that seems to be a Colombian thing

The location was great. Very close to Centro Comercial Andino and Zona T. Walking around the neighborhood was a pleasure and we felt very safe. The hotel staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious.
