The nice staff of the hotel who made their best so as to ensure a nice stay. Very kind to our kids aswell, which is highly appreciated. I thank them for making our stay very quiet, comfy and cool. Beds and matresses are very good as well.

I was in Bogota for little bit less than a week for a business affairs and my stay was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. Staffs were very kind. The area felt very secure and safe, even at night. One of the best hotel for the price. I did not expect the service I receive for the price I paid.
