Staff were fantastic, excellent communication prior to arrival, fantastic friendly check in, helped us with bags to room. Halel was brilliant, one of the best hotel managers we have ever had in our global travels. Private beach with drinks and food service was a bonus, we made use of it every day

Good location, near loads of restaurants and shops. Close to the cruise ship port and about 20mins stroll to the main ferry port and castle. The first ‘deluxe’ sea view room we were allocated was not suitable for our 6 night stay - cramped and with minimal storage. Helpful manager moved us to a much more spacious room after 2 days. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was reasonably quiet and effective. Breakfast Turkish style buffet was good - hot chocolate from the hot drinks machine was yummy. Lovely swimming pool, towels provided. Beach with allocated area just across the quiet road outside the hotel. Left our luggage with reception on the day we were leaving, the manager got us a discount on the taxi fare to the airport, much cheaper than the advertised fare at the taxi ranks.
