We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Pölzl from December 26, 2024, to January 2, 2025. The location is excellent—just a 6-minute drive to the main ski lift, making it very convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The house itself was cozy, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was the sauna in the basement, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The rooms were large, well-furnished, and provided plenty of comfort for our family. Andrea, the owner, was exceptionally customer-focused, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her hospitality added a special touch to our experience. We highly recommend Landhaus Pölzl for anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in Bodensdorf!

Everything! Possition and view, how clean it is, how polite and warm is owner of the house, and hears all fammily. From 1 to 10 --> 100!! One of the best premises and expirience that we had!

Everything was just perfect. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, the apartment was exceptionally clean and very well equipped and the sauna was the cherry on the cake. Absolutely recommended.
