The owner of the apartment was outside when we arrived. She told us where te keys are and was very nice. The apartment was super clean and lovely. Very comfortable and suitable for 3 couples. Every room had a TV and one big TV in the living room. Kitchen was very well equipped, there was even stuff for baking. There was also coffee machine in the kitchen. In the bathroom there were multiple towels, dryer, washing machine and hairdryer. The location is also great, near the lake, near shop and next to the gas station and 5 min drive away from Birkenhoflift.

We had a nice skiing stay in a little apartment with all the things necessary for a cosy stay. The apartment is as described, with a nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The host was extremely friendly and fluent with all our requests and we would warmly recommend this accommodation. If you are looking for skiing, there is a cable car 8 minutes ride from apartment, connecting you with a very nice skiing place- Gerlitzen mountain.
