A $300 charge will be billed to guests who do not comply.Coolers: Not permitted at Socialtel locations.Food and Drinks: Not permitted at Socialtel locations.After 11:00 pm, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum.Pets are not allowed.Guests will be charged a small key deposit to be refunded once the key is returned at check-out.Luggage storage is available at reception free of charge for 24 hours. Thereafter, a $5 charge per day will apply, subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stayed on a bedroom in the 3rd floor, very good facilities. Cleaning was acceptable and the ladies came everyday. All equipment worked. They let us checkin earlier and checkout a bit later.

The location is perfect and the terrace has amazing views, really calm for chill day or event for working. Wifi was working really well. The staff was super nice and helpful as I've decided to cancel my reservation after first night. It just wasn't a good fit for me, but my younger party me would probably enjoyed.

Central and clean hotel, with a bar, and restaurant, a deck, a surf centre, water taxi transportation just in front of the pier. Exactly what you could ask for.
