Russian guy working at the front desk was unpolite and would roughly speak English. I had some requests that were not honour by them, and I certified with other hotel staff that there was availability. Could not acess my room until late and they gave me a room that I was forced to refused on the very first day.

The carpet by its dirty all over the price it high i guess is more that the hotel looking só its ok rooms are clean and they request 100 dollar deposit i am waiting for my refund
