Laurent “serious host, excellent customer oriented support”

I can't say anything about the appartement itself (see below), but I can definitely recommend the host (WP hotels) for their support and efforts to accommodate us during our stay. Things could have gone terribly wrong as the appartement that we booked suffered from a double reservation, and was already attributed to someone else when we showed up for the check-in at the hotel Aazaert's reception (they are in charge of handling the keys over). But the manager who dealt with the case did his best to compensate for the mistake, and in the end we were very satisfied with the proposed solution. Among other things, we were able to enjoy a very nice breakfast at the hotel Aazaert. As a frequent traveler I have been to many hotel's breakfasts and I was really positively surprised by this one, the quality of the products was much better than in many other big names in the hotel industry, well done ! So in the end we enjoyed a nice weekend in Blankenberge and would recommend the host for his customer oriented approach when things don't go as planned. Thank you !
