This room is on the ground floor. It has an en-suite bathroom with electric shower. Although it has no external window, it does have a window to the corridor. It is cosy in winter and cool in summer. The room also has a small LCD, flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with fresh milk. It is ideal for those who find stairs a struggle.

This large family room offers a large en-suite bathroom, a 42" smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with fresh milk. The room also comes with dressing gowns and chocolates on arrival. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. The room has a double bed and two single beds. There is a comfortable seating area with a sofa, two chairs and a nest of tables. The room is at the front of the building with a street view. As a superior room it has a later checkout time of 12pm.

“Lovely guesthouse”

The guesthouse was clean from the moment you walk in. Room was spotless. Alton was on hand and what a person he was went above and beyond and made sure our stay was a good one. The workers who we seen during our stay were so friendly. Theres games you can borrow downstairs which were good for the kids. The breakfast was very nice. The fridge downstairs with the honesty box is a good touch. All in all i think alton and the team have pride in what they do and keep very high standards. Will use the guesthouse again for any future blackpool trips

Alton was a fantastic host - extremely friendly, helpful and wonderful with our young son - nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate - clean, light, airy and we even had a view of Blackpool Tower! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and it's conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of Blackpool Pleasure Beach yet away enough to not hear anything at night time. Wonderful place which we shall definitely be going back to - Thank you!

This was our second stay staying here, and we can't wait to come back again! The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. The location is close to Pleasure Beach and The Waterpark. Every detail of this Guesthouse has been carefully thought about and you can see how much care, time and money has been put into this lovely place.
