Lovely owner, clean room and hotel, basic but what we expected for the price.

The room was small but for the price cannot grumble. You pay for what you get but the room had everything you needed i.e. fridge, tea and coffee facilities. It was clean and was cleaned every morning. The owner was very friendly and helpful and does a great job.

Fantastic welcome very happy and chatty, location was brill right next to the south peir. Everything around you need parking, cafe, pub, chippy and kebab house. Bed was a small double but very comfy plus own shower and toilet Would defo stay again
