What a wonderful hotel. Absolutely fantastic. Clean and comfy and all-round lovely. Myself and my husband stayed for one night and will only be staying there from now on (vacancies permitting), each time we visit Blackpool. The host, Kath, couldn't have been nicer...warm, friendly and welcoming. 10 ot of 10 !!! Great location and free parking too. Amazing.

Kath was so welcoming and helpful, it was last minute decision to stay over, early quick check in, beautiful, quiet room, very home from home. Bed was super comfy, large spotless bathroom with a great shower. We opted for the bacon n eggs breakfast, absolutely delicious, farm range eggs n super tasty bacon plus cereals, juice, toast, yogurts, fresh fruit n more. This is a wee gem of a hotel, will definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone.
