Location brilliant for winter gardens…as had tickets for show….put train ticket in the bin by accident..and angie and Vince went dumpster diving for the lost ticket…they are a brilliant couple…and we where very well looked the whole stay…will stay again…

What a beautiful hotel everything clean n tidy n very comfortable bed n always fresh milk coffee n tea n refill to top it up .anglea n Vincent are such lovley couple as they made sure everything is OK esoecailly with my disbilty i have . Good location places to go to n anglea n Vincent tell us what best chinse meal to go. Excellent WiFi . I loved every min of it .
