great guest house with the perfect hosts Ivan and Tim, breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend and stay again.

The minute I got there I was welcomed in with a smile. I arrived really late and was still in my work stuff which Ivan five my a bag so I could put my stuff in to keep my bag clean. Breakfast was really lovely well done to the chef. I will b3 definitely staying there again really soon. Thank you guys for what you did for me and making my weekend fantastic.

everything ivan and tim are amazing hosts made me feel really welcome it was a privilege to be able to stay in this victorian property next to the beach amazing full english and had a peaceful nights sleep will definitely be returning
