Heather and Les were superb hosts. Room was clean and tidy and perfect for my needs. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice, so I was able to vary my selections from day-to-day. Tram stop at bottom of street.

The B+B was for Over 40's. Quiet location and felt like a safe area Large double room for a single person Comfy bed Room lovely and warm Great choice for breakfast and plenty of food
