Great little place to stay, hosts were really welcoming, and happy to help as much as they could. Brekky was good and location is spot on for touristy attractions.

I loved the fact that the property was a 2 minute walk to my work at the Winter Gardens. The room was exceptionally clean, the sheets on the bed were clean, the bathroom was spotless and not ONE mark or stain anywhere on the carpet (which can’t be said for some of the places I’ve stayed in the past!) The proprietors were very friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate me. Check out is usually 10am, but as I finished working at 1am (and only got to bed at 3am), for a small fee they let me stay in the room all day. It was value for money and will certainly be going back again the next time I’m working in the area.

Cheap and cheerful. The cost was cheap, the hosts were cheerful. Lucky to get a parking space provided by The Arabella, which was just at the back. Had breakfast which was cooked perfectly, also a nice cup of tea (I'm fussy) and orange juice. The establishment was clean as a whistle. It's only about 2 minutes away from the tower etc!!. Overall it is now my go to stay, whenever I visit Blackpool.
