Lovely little hotel located in a quiet street very close to the beach and the piers. Host was lovely and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and always made sure we had everything we needed. Room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, beautiful old school pub style, the room was lovely and clean he couldn’t do enough for us, we paid for one night but a long day in Blackpool the next day, we went back to ask for another room just to relax until our train late at night and he gave us our room back free of charge! Would highly recommend such a kind beautiful man who deserves the world ❤️ thank you very much will definitely be returning

The shower was always cold no hot water at all. The tv in the room didn’t work. There was an outdated console of some description on the wall. The man behind the desk was not very helpful. We could hear people talking in the next room. We could hear a toilet fan running all night.

You barely got bothered by the staff apart from at checking an departure found the stay good for a week get away was fairly priced an suited the purpose of the trip was quick an easily booked an I don't really have anything negative I could say about my stay.
