Everything was great. Friendly, clean and well maintained. The free tea, coffee and biscuits in a morning is a lovely touch.

Extremely clean hotel comfy beds lovely shower The host was very welcoming put a kettle in the room by request there is a room down stairs to make tea & coffee at certain times .Great location near bars, eating places, entertainment ,Blackpool North train station and Tram stops near the Beach Definitely would stay again
