Clean, well proportioned rooms with comfortable beds. Nice quiet location at the south end. Shower hot, with netflix and tea/coffee. Friendly helpful staff.

Excellent location near pleasure beach and across from tram.stop in a quieter end of Blackpool.. Mohamed in reception was friendly and helpful whenever needed.
