The property was great. It was so big and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The hosts were lovely and allowed us early entry on the day we arrived. We were met by Sean and he gave us a tour of the property and some advice on local amenities (a CO-OP only 5mins away, where to find good food and a local takeaway recommendation). He also gave us his number and said to contact him if we needed anything at all which was really reassuring. Very easy to get the tram to all the attractions.

Apartment for 4 adults and 2 children which was in convenient place for public transport to see illuminations and far enough away from the rowdy clientele between the south and north piers.

Very spacious, hosts kept in contact with us throughout the stay asking if they could do anything for us. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location straight across from beach and tram stop. Went with 4 adults and a 13year old. Sitting areas were spaced away from bedrooms , therefore did not disturb when guests went to bed/got up at different times.flat was stocked with all cleaning, as well as everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely rebook next year.

The apartment was very clean. Also the apartment was very big. The man who owned it was very friendly.
