Just a small walk to the promenade and St Chad's tram stop. Room was very clean and spacious, nice en-suite bathroom too. Little perks like toiletries for the guests, tea and coffee facilities.

Wonderful stay, absolutely fantastic hosts, nothing was any bother to them, we had to stay an extra night due to a family emergency and they were more than happy to help that happen, the breakfast was brill too, recommend this lovely place and we will come back.

The price is great for location, it's the cleanest blackpool b&b ive been in! The breakfast add on was also worth it!
