Clean quiet hotel, a short walk to tram service to get around. But night time lovely and quiet and away from the bars, clubs and people traffic. Owners friendly and accommodating. Really will do anything for you. A few mins walk to the pleasure beach also.

I appreciated the attention to details, the room was equipped with everything you could possibly need, I appreciated the amenities too. The location has a very cozy and friendly feeling, it is tasteful and the host was very polite and helpful.
