The manager graham went over backwards to help you but having come back from lytham festerval getting back to hotel 11.05 pm you had to order a drink very quickly and had a shirt time given before 11.30pm before being told bar is closing not impressed

We came for the lytham festival. Our hosts were really informative about the area. The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and enough for what we needed as we were only staying 2 nights. They had hot chocolate, sewing kit in the room along with bottled water, which we thought was a really nice touch. The location was good. Everything was easy to get to. There is a small bar area and breakfast area, but we didn't use this. The bed was comfy enough. The shower was nice pressure. Overall, the hotel is a great value for money, we will stay again.

It’s a quiet atmosphere and definitely would stay again and I would give it a 10/10, would definitely tell my partner’s family and my family to come along again. Enjoyed the visit and looking forward to next time.
