This hotel is in a good location. The room was pleasant and the bed comfy. The only negatives were the TV didn't work and you could hear the adjoining room everytime they ran the tap or flushed the toilet.

Staff member was welcoming and polite. He was waiting for me to check In at the time I requested. I mixed up the keys at one point and thought I couldn’t get through the front door, so called the number and they are quick to answer and help. The room was clean, quiet & warm. Noticed a part of the walls needed cleaning from cobwebs and wallpaper peeling, but can’t complain. There is no parking so nearest one is Houndshill which is £14.00 for 24hrs and just a 2 minute walk around the corner. You can pull up outside and load your luggage in from a 1 hour parking space. I struggled to find it on my satnav, as it’s a single doorway between two businesses, I drove past it a couple of times to begin with.

Location was good! Parking 3min walk from the Houndshill shopping multi story! £14 a night to park! Was welcomed and given key, then left alone. Clean bed and Good clear TV!

Great location. Close to Winter Gardens which was ideal for us. Downfall was on arrival being informed we were in the top attic room. After an exhausting 1 hour 30 drive with plenty of luggage, we were deflated to hear the room we had was the attic room with 3 flights of stairs to climb! The room was ok however one beds sheets were stained and stale chips were found on the floor next to the bedside cabinet. We had a good giggle, made the most of it and made memories so all in all an ok stay.
