Staff were friendly and helpful and room was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money. Hotel is a bit out of the way of the busy part of Blackpool which suited us but there is a tram station right outside.

Despite a 3pm check-in, we arrived at 11:30 to be told that our room was available, which has never happened before. The person on the check-in desk was delightful. Managed to find a parking space right outside, again, this has never happened before. Walking through the restaurant area very pleased to have air conditioning, especially after the heatwave. The cleanliness was exceptional.
