Location convenient for beach, town centre, tower, chip shops, arcades, pub & prom. Very good value for money. Free room upgrade because I'd booked for a week. Meet & greet. Early check in accommodated. Free WiFi with strong signal. Tea/coffee making in room. Fresh fragrance in communal areas. Bedding & towels clean. Shower good flow & plenty of hot water. Heating on part time. Management taking fire safety procedures seriously. Large bowl toilet. I felt safe and my belongings secure. Other guests not as noisy as I expected.

Both owners and manager absolutely fantastic the place it's modest but...but their level of professionalism it makes up for it...
