Good location for visiting the tower and the pleasure beach. Basic but clean. You get what you pay for and this was very good for the price we paid. Free car parking was an extra bonus as it is rare to find this in Blackpool. Also it was good to have a kitchen although we only used it to have breakfast as we ate out, but again this is something you don't always get in Blackpool as a lot of the accommodation at this budget price is a bedroom only.

Accomodating and efficient staff were. The location was great, not too far from the beach and tram stops.
