The staff were amazing, couldn't be anymore helpful. The guy who checked us in was amazing, helped with bags and kept us right with parking etc. Also the host was always active to reply to calls and texts when needed which was very reassuring. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away at a dance festival. Ideal location to Blackpool Tower were we spent most of our weekend. Carpark is literally a stone through stone away from the accommodation and it was only £24.00 for 48 hours which is also very reasonable.
