Very pleasant staff who were happy to help with a flat tyre I had. Room and view were pleasant, could do with a little tlc but bed was comfy and it was fine. Early check in at 1pm a real plus point. Breakfast was superb and set us up for day.

The host is excellent. Couldn't be more helpful. It is located near the tram line. Past the pleasure beach. I personally didn't mind the walk and it's away from the busier and somewhat down trodden centre of Blackpool. The b and b has a small bar area and parking. The room was fine, if not a little tired in decor. The full English breakfast was exceptional and overall it is good value for money for the room, parking and breakfast included. Would recommend.

Friendly and welcoming and very helpful when needed x Room was clean, breakfast was fantastic and parking usually available. Sea front location also.

Travelled for Lytham festival and caz was helpful and parking right at hotel was great really cheerful place
