The fine print
Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was conveniently located but off the beaten path. The room was clean with cute and simple decorations. And the bed was comfortable.

Very clean but very poorly equipped... it is after all rated 2-star motel which makes me think "there is a 1-star motel?"

Comfortable beds, rocking chair and table. Filled ice tray in small freezer. Coffee maker and coffee. Very effective air conditioner. Quiet night. Great breakfast at Great Basin Bakery. Opened at 0630 and short walking distance away.

The employee (I wish I could remember her name!) Was awesome... very friendly and accommodating. The small, comfortable property was just right. My dog enjoyed the yard! The location was just right. I have a preference for privately owned small motels versus chain hotels. The beds were comfy, too!
