The courteous and patient service of the front desk staff was the beginning of my pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will just this hotel for all of my stays. My daughter is a freshman at UAB in the fall so for the next four years I will be staying with you.

Get my check in correct as I Ken Jeffries made reservation for my brother Dewayne who has cancer and his wife also has cancer and broke her hip and required surgery so book room for 2 nights so he could rest since battling cancer also and not have to travel back and forth and could be near wife in ICU in case needed right there at hospital. I told lady at desk when i book room to leave on my card. Well, that did not go so well as check out as they charged his account after i spent a little over an hour on phone with your customer service booking this room. A.) Should have reduced rate for cancer patients staying there if they prove spose admitted to hospital . B.) Should listen and mark request made at time of reservation to leave on my credit card! c.) Staff needs to listen a little better and makes notes on account as no notes were made and after I got off phone with her sent copy of reservation with the notes on it but some ow your system failed!!! Stay was great but when he went to check out saw they billed his card not mine as they did not need to go through this as have enough on them already with both going through cancer. The lady at front desk called me while my brother was there and think we got it straighten out but will know in a couple of days as she said might take a day or two to hit my card. hopefully does not double bill me or I will be calling back . Breakfast was worthless. Wasn't breakfast at all and the prices were exorbitant.
