The flat was perfect, very clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable, heating system was easy to use and very warm. Parking space was a good thing too. Staff were kind and polite on the phone, and fast to act on request. I would recommend this place and will be staying there when l go to Birmingham.

Lovely place, well maintained throughout, has everything you could need available. In a great location just a short drive from the centre of Birmingham. Would definitely book again.
