After a disappointing stay in a different location, this far surpassed it, even though the decor style qas similar, this place clearly showed the owner cared about it looking good and giving a cosy vibe. And the host was very patient with me, even though I kept asking silly questions which they had already provided info for on their booking (I was under stress due to my previous experience especially with my young kids), they were professional and kind despite this. Everything was clean and well maintained and there was basic necessities like handwash, cleaning products etc. The tv was great for the kids and we loved the garden and little conservatory to relax in. The little signs were helpful aswell. Overall the look was nicely done and very cosy and inviting. We also received our deposit back in time, and they accommodated our needs to check out later.

Everything a bit cold but that was probably due to us not knowing how to work the heating. Comfortable clean smelled great

Comfortable house with plenty of seating and 3 good size bedrooms. Good location for University railway station, Edgbaston reservoir parkrun (15 min drive) and good access to city.
