For check-in after 15:30, guests will be given access codes for the gate and the front door. The access codes will be sent prior to arrival.Breakfast starts at 07:30 Monday to Friday, however, a breakfast basket is available if you require an earlier breakfast, please inform the property in advance.Each room is accessed via stairs as there is no lift.The rooms are accessed via flights of stairs in a building with no lift. There are no ground-floor rooms available.Please note, guests arriving after 16:00 must use a code system to enter the property as there are no staff present at the property after 16:00.Managed by a private host

Brilliant bed and breakfast for a one night stay to attend a conference at Birmingham unviverty, with it being only few minutes walk from the Bournvile station and cadbury world. I stayed during the heatwave, and was grateful that it was reletevy cool in property and that there was a blanket in the cubpbuard. The host was also amazing, and served me a delicus breakfast in the cafe at a discounted price.

Good value. Lovely neighborhood. I didn't encounter any staff (everything happened through clear email instructions and lockboxes), so I can't comment on staff.

Really lovely little bed and breakfast, I did not take advantage of the cafe for breakfast as I had to leave promptly in the morning but the room was really charming and comfortable, great value for money. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive and came to meet me when I couldn't figure out the outer gate. Would stay again, very trustworthy accommodation.
